What is the PST?
PST is the British Columbia Provincial Sales Tax of 7.00% that is levied only on products purchased by British Columbia residents.

I don't have PayPal. How can I pay for my order?
We also accept Credit Cards, Money Orders, Cheques, Bank Transfers or Cash.

Why can I not select to pay by credit card this time?
There is a minimum order amount of $10.00 required before you can pay for an online order by credit card. If your order total is less than $10.00 Cdn, please select another payment method.

What are your store hours?
We are open
Monday - Friday: 10:00am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 10:00am - 5:00pm
Sunday: Closed

Can I order online, then pick my order up in the store?
Definitely! As long as your shipping address is within BC, you can select Store Pickup for your Shipping Method when you checkout. There will be no shipping charged to your order, and you will receive an e-mail notification when your order is ready to be picked up. Once you have received notification that your order is ready, you are welcome to come by the store during regular business hours.
