ShippingScrapbooking Swede wants you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience! All products are inspected thoroughly and packed carefully before shipping. If you ever have a problem with one of your purchases, please email us within 5 days of receipt of the order to resolve it.

Should there be a major discrepency between the actual shipping and what the shopping cart system charges you, we will give you a store credit for the difference.
Shipping charges are as listed above, with free Shipping for orders over $100 (before taxes, within Canada).
There is a 15% re-stocking fee if you cancel an order.
Items that are damaged or lost in the mail are not the responsibility of Scrapbooking Swede, if you choose to select a non-insurable mailing option. The responsibility of duty, taxes or fees that customs or your government may impose on your package will be your responsibility.
With pre-order products or out-of-stock products, our practice will be to hold your entire order until it is ready to ship complete. If one of your pre-order products/out-of-stock products is taking longer than expected, please email me saylor@scrapbookingswede.com and let me know if you would like your order split into two shipments with two shipping charges.
Returns
We do accept refunds within ten (10) days from the date your item was received as long as the packaging is still intact and it looks like new and has not been opened or used. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale merchandise. No refunds will be given on any shipping costs. We do not refund or exchange paper, stickers, books, pens or CD's.
